Programme

The WoCoVA Scientific Committee will design the scientific programme for the 9th WoCoVA in Valencia. The committee is dedicated to develop a compelling and high-quality programme tailored to the interest of vascular access specialists worldwide. Additionally, the Scientific Committee oversees the selection process for all abstract and poster presentations.

The programme offers a variety of oral sessions, poster-presentations, hands-on workshops, and a range of satellite symposia during the 3-day programme. This up-to-date knowledge will help you enhance the quality of your every-day practice.

The WoCoVA biennial multidisciplinary and multi-professional event will cover all aspects of vascular access, such as:

  • Choice of the right Vascular Access Device (VAD)
  • Insertion techniques
  • Tip location methods
  • Infection Prevention
  • Management of VAD related complications
  • . . . . . .

Please find below an overview of the scientific program of the 7th WoCoVA.
