Exhibition info
This page contains a lot of information, the order forms and details you need to ensure you have a smooth build up and successful congress. It will be regularly updated to the latest situation. Please ensure you read all the information and share this with any parties working with you at the 7th WoCoVA which will take place from 16 -18 October 2022.
Floorplan
The exhibition area of the 7th WoCoVA (2022) will be located in the Muses Foyer which is also the main access route to all meeting rooms. The exhibition floor plan will be updated regularly. It might be that there will be small changes due local or national legislation. Click on the floorplan to enlarge it and to see which companies already have reserved their spot.

Exhibition schedule
Constructions and setup will be Saturday the 15th of October 2022 between 13:00 – 18:00
The exhibition will be open:
- Sunday 16 October 2022: 08:00 – 18:00
- Monday 17 October 2022: 09:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday 18 October 2022: 09:00 – 17:00
Dismantling will be after the conclusion of the congress, Tuesday 18 October 2022 from 17:00 – 20:30.
