Registration
The registration for the 9th WoCoVA, which will take place from April 15 to 17, 2026, will open in September 2025. WoCoVA will share updates through its various communication channels, including our newsletter. If you are not yet subscribed, you can get connected by clicking the grey button in the footer ‘Subscribe to the newsletter’ and enter your information.
As with previous WoCoVA congresses, we will offer early bird, standard, and late registrations options. We recommend marking April 15-17, 2026, in your calendar to ensure you do not miss this important congress on vascular access.
Digital content of all lectures and posters of 7th WoCoVA will be available until the 28th of November.
Included in the registration fee
The registration fee for delegates in Athens include:
- Admission to all scientific sessions, the industrial exhibition and welcome reception
- 4 weeks online re-watching of all 7th WoCoVA lectures from 21st of October 2022
- Certificate of attendance
- 3 lunches and coffee/tea during all coffee breaks
Payment
The registration fee will need to be arranged directly upon registration. The fee can be paid online by creditcard (American Express, Mastercard, Visa).
Cancellation
Although WoCoVA expects that the 7th WoCoVA will go forward in Athens in October 2022, it is always possible that the Greek government will put local restrictions for traveling and meetings at that time. In such case, WoCoVA will be forced to go to a hybrid or virtual meeting. These will take place at the same dates. If it becomes virtual, the physical registration will be changed into a virtual registration. In the latter case delegates will receive their paid registration minus 250 Euro back (the cost for a virtual registration).
Press registration
Press registration is possible and includes all privileges of regular registration. Only accredited journalists or reporters, writers or editors with credentials from a newspaper, magazine, radio or TV station, wire service, syndicate or other news organization may register and receive a press badge. Journalists / reporters must contact the secretariat of WoCoVA and send their press ID to [email protected] to receive approval for attendance. Freelancers must present proof from a news organization that assigned them to cover the meeting.

Online subscription (2 years)
This two-year subscription for individuals covers all current issues, all ahead-of-print publications and all archived issues dating back to year 2000. The WoCoVA special price offer is €120,- for 2 years (the regular price is $433,- for 1 year)
Printed subscription (2 years)
This two-year subscription for individuals includes 12 printed issues plus all printed supplements for two years, free online access to any JVA contents, including ahead-of-print publications and all archived issues dating back to 2000. The WoCoVA special price offer is €155,- for 2 years (the regular price for 1 year is $481,-)
